Digital Products (workbooks and guides)
Due to their downloadable nature, digital products are non-returnable and non-refundable once the purchase is completed and download access is enabled. We recommend carefully reading the description of each product before purchasing. If you have doubts about whether a product is right for you, please contact us beforehand, and we will gladly guide you.
If you experienced a technical issue downloading your file, please contact us within 7 days of purchase, and we will resolve it.
Services (1:1 sessions)
Consulting sessions (Macchiato Audit, Espresso Session, Double Shot Intensive, and Private Roast) are reserved with your purchase. You can reschedule your session free of charge by notifying us at least 24 hours in advance.
No refunds will be issued once the session has been scheduled and conducted. If you need to cancel before scheduling, please write to us, and we will evaluate your case.
